Data Deletion Request – Review SMS App

Review SMS App does not store customer data on our servers.

All customer information, including customer names and phone numbers, is stored locally on the business user’s device.

Users can permanently delete all customer data at any time by:

1. Opening the Review SMS App.
2. Going to tab Log.
3. Selecting “Erase All Customer Data”.
4. Confirming the deletion request.

Once deleted, the customer data is permanently removed from the device and cannot be recovered.

Data stored by Review SMS App may include:

• Customer names
• Customer phone numbers
• SMS communication records stored locally by the app

EggTale Media LLC does not retain copies of this customer data on its servers.
